Nestled in the tranquil surroundings of Chiang Rai, InSpire by Princess Coffee Shop is not just your average café; it's a unique oasis that embodies the spirit of recovery and rehabilitation. Located on Unnamed Road Tambon Doi Hang, Mueang Chiang Rai District, this innovative establishment offers visitors a chance to indulge in a delicious coffee experience while supporting a transformative social initiative.

The moment you step into InSpire, you’re greeted by the warm smiles of the friendly staff, who, intriguingly, are inmates nearing the end of their sentences. This aspect adds a profound layer to your visit, as you realize that your patronage is directly contributing to their rehabilitation and skill-building. As highlighted by one visitor, Manoj Yadav, this café functions as a "correction center" that merges sustainability with social purpose, illustrated by the fact that they grow their own vegetables and maintain a chicken farm.

The café features a delightful array of beverages, including an exceptionally well-crafted black hot Americano, which patrons like David Tabor rave about for its rich flavor at an incredibly reasonable price of just 30 baht. The atmosphere in InSpire is relaxed and inviting, complete with an outdoor platform nestled among the trees, where guests can enjoy the cool shade and the soothing sounds of nature, an experience that Klaus particularly treasured during his visit.

Beyond the delightful sips of coffee, InSpire also boasts beautifully landscaped gardens that enhance the café's appeal, inviting you to unwind as you savor each moment. The blend of warm hospitality and natural beauty creates an atmosphere that encourages connection—not just with the staff, but with the entire communal ethos that the café represents. As Hj Hans noted in his review, visiting InSpire is an opportunity to lend support to a commendable project.

However, while most of the reviews highlight the café's charm and purpose, some guests like Brian Streb expressed mixed feelings about the accompanying restaurant, preferring the café's offerings and recommending avoiding the restaurant due to pricing and food quality concerns. This feedback suggests that guests should primarily visit InSpire for the exceptional coffee and the inspirational mission behind the café.

In summary, InSpire by Princess Coffee Shop offers an experience that transcends the ordinary café visit. Here, you can savor delicious coffee while also being a part of a meaningful movement toward rehabilitation and social responsibility. Stop by with friends or family, support a valuable initiative, and take comfort in knowing that your visit is making a difference in the lives of those striving for a fresh start.

I will recommend this place It's not just a cafe but more than that. It's more like a project Correction center for the prisoners Everything is manage and served by the prisoners. They were so nice and they grow their own vegetables and other cooking stuffs, that place also have a chicken farm too. They have Smart Farm i.e. they merged farming with ICT

The area has a coffee shop and a restaurant. You can sit there or go upstairs and sitting on the platform in the trees. You will really value the shadow and the cooler atmosphere from the big trees. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All the staff in orange shirts, are inmates from the prison nearby. They are close to the end of their sentence and get some working skills. Don't forget to visit the garden part of the area where they growing vegetables and other plants. A park like garden with flowers is on the right hand side from the entrance. One area is serving you with massage service. A small shop sells wooden and other handicrafts, including shares and tables. The area is children friendly with a special part for the children to play.

Staffed by very polite prisoners in this agricultural rehabilitation centre. Very good black hot Americano coffees at a low price of 30B each. Pleasant relaxed atmosphere and very interesting to visit.

Love the gardens. Inspire coffee shop and tree house is very nice. The Dann restaurant is not. It's over priced, food is poor quality and offers hard rice and minimum meat with meals. When we were there today staff were playing radio louder than the live guitar ensemble next door but they did lower it after we asked them to.

This is an amazing good re-integration project. Prisoners of Chiang Rai prison run this farm, restaurant and coffee shop. The service and friendliness of the staff is really good. Coffee and food is of decent quality and the prices are ridiculously low. The atmosphere is great and there is even live music. Inspire is located close to Chiang Rai prison. Absolutely worth your visit!

Great coffee and the staff are inmates of the local prison. Wonderful way to rehabilitate criminals.
